Objective

Our ideal future is to establish Swiggy as the leading food delivery service provider in India by increasing customer loyalty and retention, attracting new customers, and expanding into new markets.

Key Results and Success Criteria

The success of this project can be measured through the following key results:

  1. Increase in customer loyalty and retention
  2. Increase in new customer acquisition
  3. Increase in Swiggy’s market share
  4. Increase in revenue
  5. Positive customer feedback and reviews
  6. Expansion into new markets

Problem/Opportunity

With the recent launch of nationwide delivery by Zomato, Swiggy is facing tough competition in the food delivery market. Swiggy needs to differentiate itself from its competitors and provide a superior customer experience in order to retain its current customers and attract new ones. The company also needs to address any existing product or experience problems that may be impacting customer satisfaction.

Target Audience

The target audience for this project is food delivery customers in India. This includes people who order food online regularly, as well as those who have yet to try food delivery services.

Scope

In Scope:

  1. Developing a customer loyalty and retention strategy
  2. Identifying and addressing any product or experience problems
  3. Conducting market research to better understand customer needs and preferences
  4. Developing new marketing campaigns to attract new customers
  5. Exploring potential partnerships and collaborations

Maybe:

  1. Developing new features or services to enhance the customer experience
  2. Expanding into new markets or geographic areas
  3. Enabling Collaborations: Integrating with Additional Services, Including Diverse Payment Options

Not in scope:

  1. Mergers or acquisitions
  2. Major changes to Swiggy’s business model

Ways of Working

  1. The project team will establish regular team routines, such as daily stand-up meetings and weekly progress reviews.
  2. Communication will primarily take place through email and video conferencing via Meet or Zoom.
  3. Collaboration tools such as Slack, Jira and Google Docs will be used to facilitate teamwork and document sharing.
  4. Regular check-ins with stakeholders and leadership will ensure alignment and support throughout the project.
